Do you drink coffee? Did you know that coffee is actually VERY beneficial to your body?!!!! YES, I know..... so surprising! (haha) Coffee is LOADED with antioxidants and beneficial ingredients that can INCREASE your health. So if you're like me and LOVE yourself a good ol' cup of caffeine, read on for all the amazing benefits :-)
